Welcome To The Home Safe Study
Welcome to the Home Safe Study!
Hello, my name is Dr. Sue Anne Bell. I'm an Assistant Professor at the School of Nursing, University of Michigan, a Family Nurse Practitioner, and the principal investigator of The Home Safe Study.
With this research we would like to learn from the community of paid caregivers whose work includes clients with dementia. We invite you to contact us about participating in a confidential one-hour research interview, to be conducted over a video call or phone call, which we'll schedule at a time that works for you. As a token of our appreciation, we'll mail or text a $40 gift card to you immediately after the interview. Plus, there may be optional activity, associated with additional gift cards. Overall, the research recognizes the importance of your role within our society.
To be eligible to participate, you must be:
At least 18 years old and employed to provide home care in Michigan
As a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, Nursing Assistant, Personal Care Aide, or similar role
And your care includes individuals with dementia, now or in the recent past
We're available to schedule an appointment and/or answer questions you might have:
